Adhering to this home’s original strong architectural character, we added a 3,000 square foot, two storey addition plus basement. We linked the existing structure to the new addition with a dramatic two-storey atrium pathway leading through the home’s center to the lake, creating a new entrance. Additions to the first floor include a living room with a wet bar and a custom designed wine cellar, plus a guest bedroom with bath. The new two storey entrance boasts an elevated bridge connecting the new master bedroom suite.
A separate structure designed adjacent to the home accommodates two large boats on the first floor, with a guest quarters above.
