Pat was very enjoyable to work with and operated under very tight time frames to meet our closing process. He seems to have a consistent dialogue with the appropriate people at the village building department which ultimately aided our design phase and overall timing by focusing on items that Pat knew would be approved or offered the least path of resistance. The overall design and esthetic of the work product met all of our expectations personally and for the neighborhood.

Having grown up in Iowa we had a vision of building a farm style house in the town of Western Springs. Our goal was to find an architect that could take our vision of a farm house and blend it into an urban setting. We ended up with a Farm home that looks and feels like it has always belonged in Western Springs. We love our home!!! Now, my family from Iowa never want to leave. Pat will listen patiently and build you the house you want, not the house he wants.

We worked with Pat creating the plans for a custom home in Clarendon Hills. The process would have been daunting without him involved. Pat made us very comfortable in making decisions and was extremely knowledgeable in navigating the specific zoning rules for our town and lot size. One of the best decisions we collectively made was to pull the staircase toward the front of the house to maximize an open floorplan concept. Pat was skillful in configuring the 2nd floor to perfection. There is truly no wasted space and my husband and I are delighted with the results. It was smooth through the whole project and we would certainly use him again
